When I was moving to Los Angeles from New York, I was lucky to meet Esther at a showing and was grateful when she agreed to work with me and my family. It’s very hard to find a place in this fast-moving market when you live so far away. Esther’s sage guidance and active interventions allowed us to purchase our condo in Culver City, which turned out to be a great choice and investment. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

“I am incredibly grateful to have met Esther during a pretty chaotic moment in my life. Earlier this year, my husband and I unexpectedly found ourselves needing to rent out our home. In less than 2 weeks of the initial listing, she found us two solid applicants. The reports she sent us for review were clear, concise but thorough. Again, her patience was greatly appreciated, as she helped my husband and I talk out our concerns and questions to make a decision on a tenant.

Admittedly, I have a tendency to be a bit overly detail oriented sometimes. It was such a relief knowing Esther was on my team helping to get all the lease documents in line and signed I couldn’t help myself and read every word on every page, and Esther’s patience continued. She made all the little changes and amendments I asked for without complaint or delay.

Even when I thought she had more than fulfilled her duties and responsibilities with the lease signed, deposit collected, and tenant scheduled for a move-in day; she continued to be there for myself and the tenant helping to answer questions and ensure a smooth move in day.

I could go on and on about all the things I appreciate about Esther. My whole family knows about her now, and wonder how I found her. I have no idea how I got so lucky, but having worked in a few different areas in business, I know how rare it is when you meet someone like Esther. Caring, competent and passionate. I hope that she will be willing to work with me in the future as the tenant she helped us find has been a wonderful match. While finishing up a remodel on the home to be a rental, I met Esther at an open house across the street.  Over the next few months engaged in a couple of conversations and quickly felt comfortable with Esther’s personality and style.  Had a few prospective tenant’s look at the home which didn’t materialize to a tenancy.   Esther reached out inquiring if the home was still for rent as she had a potential client and unfortunately this prospect didn’t work out as well.  Discussed listing the property on the MLS and did so with her.  Over the next few weeks had approximately 30 prospective tenants review the property and selected a couple.  Esther made the process one of the easiest and most enjoyable in my 40 plus years of renting property.  From the open houses, background check, prior Landlord confirmation to agreement execution was seamless.  Results have been fantastic and lucky to have met her.   Appreciate her efforts and the great tenants I now have.
